VTG and straight out of the 90s - This amazing relaxed dress features a sleeveless silhouette, a scooped neck, and a slit up the left side. It has an area on the lower middle back to tie and cinch the waist to your liking. This a-line dress has a midi length with the lightweight and breathable fabric creating a loose skirt. It is navy in color with a cute floral print that's green, orange and white! Very simple, classic, and perfect for Spring and Summer. Would be very cute to layer under an oversized cardigan sweater with sandals or even sneakers! So cute, unique, retro and fun!
