The plant is indigenous to the Mediterranean region but can also be found in Europe. It is widely cultivated as a spice, herb, and even a vegetable. It is most commonly used as an ingredient in cooking, but is also a popular garnish for many prepared meals. Our parsley has a rich, green color, and a mild flavor that's used to enrich various sauces, soups, vegetables, and more.
